Bradley Student Projects Needed

Many of you are aware that we manage the senior consulting project program for Bradley's College of Business.  We have a record number of business students graduating this year and are in need of projects for them to work on. 

Teams of 5-6 students will act as consultants for you during the entire semester.  Each project includes: 1) a survey, where students find out answers to questions you may have about your customers or the community; 2) an in-depth industry analysis; c) either a strategic growth plan or a comprehensive marketing strategy.

Attached is the Application to participate.  The professors will be selecting their projects for next semester in mid December.  So, if you would like to apply, please do so by returning the Application by Dec. 1.  Applications can be emailed to me at kenk@bradley.edu or by mailing to:  Bradley SBDC, 1501 W. Congrats to Pat Hagenbuch!

Pat and LeRoy Hagenbuch announced the 40th anniversary of their company, Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc. on November 4, 2009.  The business was started on that date by Phil Philippi (Pat's father) and LeRoy Hagenbuch (Pat's husband).  Pat has worked in the company since its beginning and still is involved with the business.

Participate in the AWESOME 40 Under 40 Awards!

The 40 Under 40 Awards Night is always a night of great networking and celebration.  It has been a part of the NABO history since its beginnings.  Our NAWBO sister Jan Wright was one of the originators of the award.  Many of our NAWBO sisters have received the award.  Will you be there tomorrow?

Women in Leadership has purchased a table at the Forty Leaders Under Forty dinner on Wednesday, November 4, 2009.  You may or may not know that Shawna Knapp has been nominated for this award. Since Shawna has worked with many NAWBO members through Pathways and other projects, WIL would like to extend an invitation to the members of NAWBO to sit at their table.  Tickets are discounted at $25 (regular $50).  They currently have approximately 5 seats available.
