Monica Jagiella grew up on a farm and hails from an agricultural community in Northwest Indiana . She attended Purdue University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance Management. Monica made Central Illinois her home in 1996 and brings to Midwestern Securities Trading Co., LLC over 13 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry where she works extensively with individuals, families, and small businesses to create strategies to accomplish their financial goals. One of Monica’s talents is the ability to provide practical, clear, and easily understood professional financial advice, an important skill in the current economic climate. She focuses on educating her clients to empower them as part of a professional/client team to ensure informed and comfortable financial planning decisions. Monica has also brought her skills and commitment to bear in community service, participating in St. Jude and United Way efforts, Chamber of Commerce activities, and is a member of NAWBO and WIL, as well as a board member of the Community Foundation's Womens Fund. Monica’s history, education, and professional experience are representative of her commitment and dedication to her clients and community.
On a personal level, Monica has two children. Her son attends Illinois College , studying Sports Management, and is a member of the college varsity baseball team. Her daughter will be a freshman at SIU-Edwardsville in Fall ’09. She enjoys her family, gardening, volunteering, and traveling around the United States in her spare time.
